What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Luisa-Viktoria artwork. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. (Please note: Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from returns).

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract at art.luisa.viktoria@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
